Margot Zeitvogel-Schönthier, physical therapist and instructor for gymnastik and 10-years performance gymnastic and ballet;
Inventor and pioneer of the modern form of water gymnastic – of the AQUATRAINING. 
Since 1979, my method stands for rehabilitation and prevention in everyday life and in sports – especially on professional sports with the element and medium water. I am author and inspiration of books as well as product developer in those special fields.
Since 1988 international magazines like SPORTS, STERN, MADAME, BUNTE and TV channels have reported about me. I am complementing the training for different sports associations and well-known sports athletes. National and international universities have also invited me for lectures and since many years personalities in politics, art and sports are training according to the Z-method in water and on the ground (Wet`n Dry).
My activity
To motivate and teach people in their movements in a way that they consider their performanc self-critical - that wants protect them from lopsidedness and congestion.
During my 31 years of experience in movements and my profession, I have learnt from training people who are into leisure of sport and those who are involved in competitive of sport that you have to react spontaneously on every situation and needs when teaching a course. To relate movements intuitionally, to be responsive on them and to act amendatory.

The Z-method
It is about a very effective gymnastics-method here in which the three-dimensional movement-courses are headed for physically and psychically mainly and again the Sinneskörpern (perception-organs) more aware-ness as well as training too part becomes.
Specifically by developed combination-programs, the practices are put together so that no action-monotony originates in the spirit and bodies. It will train concentration, coordination, strength and consequently the general physical and mental condition on that occasion. Even and continuous lengthening, strengthening and loosening constructs the basis for "The Z-method". (training according to Zeitvogel).
This training-form increases not only the physical mobility but as well the psychic: Bodies, spirit and soul. My method of the "active mental training" proves itself successfully in all areas of the sport and everyday life since already many years.
Whoever trains after the Z-method becomes already after shortest time of an increasing one accomplishment - and develops movement-consciousness of the everyday life and sport consequently. The general reason-turnover increases from day to day. The flexibility in the thinking, actions and actions grows.
